Product & Custom Orders
Can I see a proof before my custom order is made?
Absolutely. We’ll send you a digital mock-up for approval before production begins to ensure everything looks perfect.
Can I order custom key fobs in bulk for events or businesses?
Yes! Our custom key fobs are perfect for boutiques, wineries, breweries, events, weddings, and corporate gifts. Contact us for bulk pricing and custom options.
What file types do you accept for logos or artwork?
We recommend high-resolution PNG, PDF, JPG, or EPS files for the best results, but feel free to send whatever you have and we’ll help from there.
Are your products made in the USA?
The majority of our products are proudly made in the USA, with the exception of cocktail napkins and pillows.

Do you do custom orders on the key fobs?
We love custom orders!
Custom orders are $10 per piece with a one-time die plate charge of $35. All you need to do is send us the information and art or logos you want on the fob and we’ll do a digital mock-up for your approval. Once approved it will take about 2 weeks to get your fob in the mail to you. We also have no minimums, order as little as one piece.
Shipping & Orders
How long will it take to get my order?
We ship same day or next day on everything except custom orders.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number on your order confirmation at shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely, duties and customs fees if applicable are the responsibility of the buyer. We generally ship USPS which handles international orders the least expensive way.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping rates will vary based on how heavy your order is and how big the box we have to use to ship it in. Typically one key chain is 2 ounces and ships for approximately $4.95 in the US.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What happens if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your order leaves our hands, shipping times are managed by the carrier. However, if you experience an issue with your package, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.
How long do custom orders take?
Custom key fobs typically take approximately 2 weeks from final proof approval to delivery.
Returns & Support
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only on damaged products. If you receive your order and there are damages, contact us at orders@the3sisters.com within 14 days and we will replace the damaged items.

Do your products make good gifts?
Absolutely! Our products make fun and unique gifts for birthdays, holidays, hostess gifts, weddings, and everyday surprises.
Do you offer gift notes or gift packaging?
We do, just make a note on your order and we’ll happily insert a gift note. Gift packaging is available for $1.50
